Shabbat is now Family Shabbat but is still at 6:30pm. Family
Shabbat is for elementary aged kids, and will be held in the sanctuary
for a slightly more structured prayer experience.

May 28th - Honoring our Veterans During
the Shabbat services on Friday, May 28th,
Memorial Day Weekend, the congregation will remember those
who served in the
armed services, and who have passed away. Their names will be read at
an
appropriate time during the service. The entire congregation will
recite
kaddish in their memories.
Please
send the Hebrew (if you have
it) and
English names of those whom you wish to remember either by calling the
Temple Office at 562-5516.
In
addition, our local Jewish War Veterans post will visit grave
sites of
those Jewish veterans who have passed away and are buried in one of
the local
cemeteries. Please send the full name, cemetery and plot(if known) to
either importnoy@aol.com or vigilberk@aol.com. Please put "JWV" in the
subject line.
